How To Log Into The NETWORK for the first time
Windows:

Press the ctrl-alt-delete keys simultaneously to display login screen.

Type your network user name in the user name box. (delete or overwrite any text already in the box). ***Temporary password will be provided.

You will then be prompted to create a new password. (note: this will only occur the first time you log into the system) Type your new password. Your password can contain letters and/or numbers (a-z, A-Z, 0-9) and is case-sensitive.

Retype your password on the second line to confirm it.

Click OK.

You will then be connected to the network. The first time you log in may take up to a few minutes because your user profile is being set up on the system. Subsequent logins will take less time.

SHC is using Google Drive for all document storage, sharing, etc.

After installation is complete, login with your @shcp.edu Google credentials.
All legacy "Windows NT" network drives (W, S etc.) are end-of-life since Summer 2015.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
For technical support, go to support.shcp.edu and press the 'Submit a request' tab. Enter your SHCP email, a subject, and a description of your issue-it is helpful to include all of the troubleshooting procedures that you tried. Choose the type of issue and then press 'submit.' You may also do this from your SHCP email by typing a new message to 'support@shcp.edu.' Enter a subject, a description including attempted troubleshooting steps, and then press send. The appropriate person will respond to your request in a timely manner. Please use this to request support for typical computer technology, classroom A/V, phones, to report a general tech problem, Schoology, email, and PowerSchool.
