General voicemail information (accessing voicemail inside & outside the school, changing greeting, etc)

To access voicemail from inside the school:

Dial 790 and press *. Afterwards,follow the prompts.

To Access voicemail from outside the school:

1. Call the school's main number: 415.775.6626
2. Press the star key when you hear the main greeting.
3. You will be asked for your ID. Your ID is your voicemail extension. Go ahead and enter your extension followed by the # key.
4. Enter your voicemail password when prompted.
5. Follow the prompts from his point forward.

To Setup your voicemail box for the first time:

1. Dial 790.
2. Enter your extension number followed the the # button.
3. When asked for the pass code, press the # button.
4. Press 1 to record your name. State only your first and last name. To approve press # . To re-record press 1.
5. When prompted to setup your password enter at least 6 numbers, non-sequential but not identical, followed by the # button. Enter a second time for verification followed by the # button. 

To record your personal greeting (optional):

1. Access your voicemail box and press 4.
2. Press 1 to create new message.
3. Press the number you'd like to assign the greeting. The main greeting would be assigned 1 (you can have multiple greetings). You could record an out of office greeting and assign it 2, for example.
4. Follow the prompts. 

To re-record your name or change the pass code:

1. Access your voicemail box
2. Press 4 to change the pass code or 5 to re-record your name. Follow the prompts.
