On occasion your W and S drives may not load for you upon login while on campus. This is most likely due to the computer being on at home where you don't have a connection to the W/S drives and then opened up at campus without the computer being restarted. It can be caused by a few other scenarios as well.
Usually a simple restart solves this problem, but if not, follow the directions in the link to the video below for a simple method to connect to your W/S drives on your windows computer while on campus.
