    It doesn't solve the issue as the password recovery screen asks to contact the SHCP administrator.

    I changed my password, and now I'm attempting to move my shc email onto my beefier computer. Now, after I changed it, the email still won't work! why? It just says "Contact your admin or domain admin for help".
